Additionally, should you apply for a position at ConTIPI Medical, we may request the following information: contact information, address, Curriculum Vitae (resumé) information (including information such as skills, work experience, education), notes submitted with the application, the position for which you have been or are being considered, email and other correspondences in connection with your candidacy, information from references, information about your candidacy and employment options, materials you or other parties (such as evaluators or background check providers) submitted in relation to your candidacy, and any documents required to fulfill legal obligations related to your job application.
We use your Personal Data to evaluate and consider you as a candidate for positions, in accordance with our processes and policies for evaluating employment candidates, to contact you for your candidacy status and interviews, to schedule meetings and interviews, amongst others
2.3. Cookie Information. Furthermore, when you engage with ConTIPI Medical digitally, we may obtain additional information related to you. This could entail data automatically transmitted to us during the interaction between your device and our servers, such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or device identifiers. Additionally, we may compile statistical and aggregated information from users of our digital platforms using various technologies, including cookies.

3. The Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Information

Such analytics service providers set their own cookies or other identifiers on your computer, through which they can collect information about your usage of our website. This helps us compile aggregated statistics about the effectiveness of our website and services.

f. Non-Personally Identifiable Information. We may also share data collected, as described in the “Personal Information We Collect” section, in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form. This means the information shared will not include details that could identify you personally.
4.2. International Data Transfer. If you reside in, or are interacting with us from, the European Union, you should know that most of the processing of your Personal Information takes place in the territory of the State of Israel, which is recognized by the EU Commission as providing adequate protection to your Personal Information. Notwithstanding the above, we may transfer, process and store your Personal Information also in territories which have yet to be recognized by the EU Commission as providing adequate protection to your Personal Information. However, we will do so only after we make sure that they will be adequately committed to protect your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy. By providing us your Personal Information you hereby consent to such transfer, processing or storage.
5. Data Retention
Generally, ConTIPI Medical does not retain information beyond what is necessary to provide its services and fulfill its legitimate business and legal requirements. Some Personal Information will be deleted automatically – e.g. if it is no longer required for the fulfillment of the purpose for which it has been collected or Personal Information that is no longer relevant – and some Personal Information will be deleted upon your request – e.g. Personal Information that you directly provided to us and wish to erase, unless the data is required for ConTIPI Medical to establish, exercise or defend against legal claims and/or otherwise required by law to be retained. Certain regulatory, legal or organizational requirements may require the retention of specific Personal Information for specific periods of time. This includes, among others:

6. Your Rights

However, if you have provided us with that Personal Information you are solely responsible to correct any Personal Information which is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. asking that your data be deleted, if ConTIPI Medical is not permitted or is not legally obliged to retain the data. You should be aware that we use backup systems in which your data is stored without the ability to delete it immediately upon request. Therefore, we may require an additional short period of time until we are able to fully delete all traces of your Personal Information. Nonetheless, for legal reasons, organizational reasons or in order to prevent fraud, we may retain certain specific information relating to you. In any event, your request for deletion will be recorded and will not be deleted.

You also have a right to appeal (as far as this affects you) to the respective Data Protection Supervisory Authority.
We do not charge for complying with a correction request, however, for all other requests, we may charge a small fee to cover its costs. We may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required.
7. Data Security
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of Personal Information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We have physical, electronic, and procedural security measures and safeguards to reasonably protect Personal Information. Our servers and our databases are protected by industry standard security technology. We endeavor to restrict access to Personal Information about you to employees, contractors and service providers who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that Personal Information.

Your interaction with ConTIPI Medical may contain integration with third-party services and links to third party sites or other apps or services that are not owned or operated by ConTIPI Medical.
Similarly, it is possible that you will use other services to interact or interface with our platforms (e.g. interacting with us via your social network account). This Policy only applies to ConTIPI Medical’s processing activities and does not apply to any third party sites, apps, platforms or any other services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or terms of such other third parties even if our name and logo appear on the screen. We do not knowingly gather or retain Personal Information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years old, you must not provide us with Personal Information unless you have obtained consent from your parent or guardian and have informed us of your age beforehand.

We may amend, change, update or modify this Policy from time to time. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting and will apply to any cause of action arising after the effective date of the change. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Israel without giving effect to its choice of laws. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be to the competent courts in Tel-Aviv, Israel, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.
